		<description>Din pacate mentalitatea antreprenorilor din Romania se afla la nivelul in care ei percep angajatii ca si pe proprietatea lor si parte a fondului de comert al companei, daca ar fi sa folosim un cuvant din dreptul comercia. Este un element prin care isi pot mentine superioritatea in relatia cu angajati.
Sunt putine cazuri in care ei au si competente tehnice si abilitatea de leadersip in a convinge si determina pe angajati sa ii urmeze.
Iar angajatii inca nu au suficienta relaxare (financiara in special) sa poata decide ca de la un anumit moment vor inceta lucrurile cu acea companei si isi vor cauta in alta parte. 
Angajatii sunt instrumente de adus bani pentru patronii sau prorietrii ... (lor)
