IT’S NOT A TRAINING
        • I start from the reality that team members have experience and active training
        • I believe that team members are mature enough to be able to make collective decisions based on their experience, without the need for a “guru” to tell them how they should behave.
IT IS A SYSTEMIC APPROACH
  • I focus on working on team operational interfaces, not individuals (we do not encourage labeling individuals about who fits and who does not on the team)
  • The work process integrates the team manager who can validate the decisions proposed by the team at each stage. Commitment to implementation once the team returns to work can be assured constantly during the session, due to the presence of the leader
  • When the development process takes place at the team level, all individuals integrate and adapt. This learning process becomes part of the team's collective culture and is naturally passed on to newcomers
